• Led a team of 30 members to perform large-scale data conversions for a Fortune 500 healthcare provider, migrating 90+ million records of data across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR from 5 legacy systems to Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM) from the project’s inception through multiple go-lives
• Developed and maintained robust ETL pipelines to perform complex data aggregations, transformations, data quality validations, and data loads for 80+ business objects

• Developed 5 new extensions to Oracle HCM Cloud, in which users can request new positions, allocate payroll, and manage salary funding data – supporting over 93,000 transactions as of December 2021
• Designed the data model for these extensions from scratch, using the most efficient data structures for master and transactional data
• Developed multi-directional integrations to transform and load data from these custom user interfaces to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Created development, testing, and release plans throughout the product life cycle, acting as a liaison between the customer and development team

Project: Airbnb, Inc. | San Francisco, CA | March 2019 – August 2019

• Implemented data integrations and conversions for financial data, centralizing various data sources (e.g. Amazon S3, Workday) to Oracle Financials Accounting Hub using PL/SQL and SQL

• Coordinated the development of an application to automate the transition from on-premise Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to Oracle Cloud ERP, including integrations for 50+ business entities across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR
• Directed product testing, which included creating a plan, identifying test cases, delegating tasks, holding daily meetings to guide a team of non-technical testers, tracking results, and communicating them to the development team
